Banana Oats and Honey Smoothie: 

Ingredients:
  • 1 frozen banana 
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1/4 cup of instant oats
  • 1 tablespoon of almond butter 
  • 1-2 teaspoons of honey 
Instructions: 
  • Layer all the ingredients in a blender and process till smooth. Serve and sip on the smoothie with a straw if that is more comfortable. 
Banana and Nut Butter Smoothie: 

Ingredients:
  • 1 frozen banana 
  • 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt 
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of almond butter 
  • 3 dates 
Instructions: 
  • Layer all the ingredients in a blender and process till smooth. Serve and sip on the smoothie with a straw if that is more comfortable.
