A new season brings new activities and new routines so it’s easy to forget that you still need to be ta kin g care of your braces and teeth. Step 1: Mouth Guard - As the weather begins to cool down you may be spending more time outside. Always remember to wear your mouth guard during outdo or a ctivities including baseball, frisbee, or volleyball.
